If applicable, fuel surcharges will be paid by the passenger; (5) Miscellaneous fees such as individual transfers, visa, passports, laundry, meal beverages, excess baggage, and other items of personal nature; (6) Alternative restaurants that have additional fees; (7) Any increase in taxes and/or fees imposed after the publication of this information; (8) $100 Document fee for Non-US and Non-Canadian residents. All prices reflect a 4% discount for full payment via check. A full deposit of $200 per person is required. Final payment for trip, including optional travel protection premium if applicable, is due 1-16-15. Thereafter, a late payment fee of $100 will be assessed. Prices offered within this brochure are based on a limited supply of cabin categories. Once these categories are used these cruise fares may be subject to an increase. Price Increase: All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change prior to payment in full due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fees increases or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, you may be subject to a price increase after payment in full has been received due to potential government imposed taxes and fee.

As to pregnancy, a woman cannot have begun her 24th week of pregnancy at any time before or during the cruise. If you are pregnant, please provide a medical note upon arrival at the pier for check-in from your physician stating your expected due date and medical fitness to travel.
If you are in the 24th week or have completed it you will not be allowed to board. Because of the limited medical facilities, infants must be at least 24 weeks (6 months) of age on the first day of the cruise.

Prices are per person based on double or single occupancy. While ETS will try to match
roommates, ETS cannot guarantee one will be available. Roommates may be assigned as
late as 15 days prior to departure and if one is not available or you request a single room/cabin, the single room/cabin charge of 200% applies.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, the order of itinerary and number of days may be altered to accommodate changes in cruise schedules and weather. The cruise line has the ultimate control over your voyage and may, without notice, alter the length of the cruise and the order of and/or inclusion of ports. ETS is in no way responsible for these changes and does not make reimbursement for such changes. 

The following cancellation penalties apply: From Day of registration to 45 days prior to
departure = 50%; 44 days to day of departure = 100% of cost. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. On or after day of departure, no refund for any services not used.

We welcome registrations after 1/16/15. Registrations received after this date, may incur an
additional fee based on air and cruise availability. Additional fees will be advised upon
registration. Validity Date: This brochure is valid until 1/16/15. If validity date has passed,
current pricing can be found at Registrations will still be accepted after validity date.

Release Information: Payment of deposit indicates permission for ETS or its agents to record the registrant’s participation and appearance on video tape, audio tape, film, photograph, or any other medium and to use the registrant’s name, likeness, voice, comments, submitted documentation,written papers, and/or biographical material without restrictions or limitation for any advertising, marketing, publicity, educational or promotional purpose which ETS or its agents deem appropriate, unless the registrant or guardian otherwise notifies ETS in writing prior to departure. Except where otherwise stated, ETS acts only as agent for the relevant supplier in securing hotels, transportation and other travel services and in no event shall ETS be liable for failure by any such supplier to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour. ETS assumes no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. ETS does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services to your tour. Similarly without limiting the foregoing, passenger agrees to hold ETS harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party. Florida law will be applicable to any dispute which arises
out of/or concerns this brochure or your tour. Enrollment in and payment of deposit constitutes your acceptance of the “Fine Print”. Educational Opportunities Tours is the tour operator and is solely responsible for the travel program. Educational Opportunities Tours is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel.
