Day 1 - Wednesday, June 21, 2017 -
Arrive in Mexico

Your pilgrimage begins as you are welcomed in Mexico City by our airport representative and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy dinner before you rest. (D)

Day 2 - Thursday, June 22, 2017 -
Mexico City

After breakfast, visit the beautiful Shrine of Our Lady of Remedies who appeared and blessed the Spaniards during the conquest. Continue to the Zocalo (main square) of Mexico City to visit the largest cathedral in the Americas as well as the famous murals of Diego Rivera depicting the history of Mexico at the National Palace. Enjoy a buffet lunch in a local restaurant. Transfer to the beautiful church of the Holy Family where the remains of Blessed Miguel Pro - a Cristero War martyr - are resting. On the way back to the hotel, visit the renowned Museum of Anthropology. Return to the hotel. Dinner on your own. (B, L)
Day 3 - Friday, June 23, 2017 - Tlaxcala
After breakfast, depart for Tlaxcala to visit the Shrine of San Miguel del Milagro, site of St. Michael’s apparition to Diego Lazaro. Continue to the Shrine of Our Lady of Ocotlan where Our Lady appeared to Juan Diego Bernardino in 1541. The next stop is a treat; in colonial times, they used open chapels to indoctrinate the masses. Visit one of the most beautiful in the country – San Francisco. After this, lunch will be served at a local restaurant prior departing to Puebla - the city of Angels -
to check in a centrally-located hotel. (B, L)

Day 4 - Saturday, June 24, 2017 - Puebla
This morning, visit the Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary in the Church of Santo Domingo. Continue to the cathedral and the church of St. Francis of Assisi and view the body of Blessed Sebastian de Aparicio who was very loved in Puebla. This blessed man was buried twice and his body remains incorrupt until today. Enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant. En-route back to Mexico City, visit Tonanzintla, known as the church of the Indians, in tekiktik style where the indigenous people incorporated pre-hispanic iconography in the baroque architecture, as well as a stop to see a renowned church built atop one of the biggest pyramids in the entire continent, Our Lady of Remedies. Day 5 - Sunday, June 25, 2017 - Mexico City
After breakfast, the group will be transferred to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Enroute a stop will be made at Tlatelolco to visit the church where Saint Juan Diego was baptized. At the Shrine, have the chance to attend holy mass (public), have a closer look at the “Tilma” (St. Juan Diego’s cloak, where Our Lady of Guadalupe’s image was imprinted), or explore the grounds. Continue to Teotihuacan pyramids, the most visited archeological site in Mexico and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Buffet lunch is served at a local Mexican restaurant with live music and native dancers, followed by a guided tour of the mysterious pre-Hispanic city and its ancient buildings like the pyramids of the Sun and the Moon. Return to the hotel to have some rest and prepare to attend the Mexican Folkloric Ballet held at the Palace of Fine Arts, a show that presents traditional dances of Mexico. (B,L)

Day 6 - Monday, June 26, 2017- Return Home
